The service in case of crisis and emergency office immediate counselling, support and help regarding:

• Domestic violence and stalking
• Conflicts within the family
• Urgent life problems
• Psychic illness and exceptional circumstances
• Search for emergency accommodation during the night or over the weekend

• Counselling via telephone or face-to-face
• Placement of victims of domestic violence to a shelter for battered women or emergency hotel
• Placement of medical or psychiatric help measures
• Cooperation with other emergency services
• Placement of persons, who became homeless, into an emergency accommodation

The qualified persons who deal with the crisis and emergency service are bound to official secrecy. The services are free of charge. Visits at home are possible if necessary.
